Customer Care Representative

Job description:

  • Communication with service users
  • Cooperation with service departments and the technical sector internally and with subcontractors
  • Organization of emergency interventions and offers in the field of current and investment maintenance
  • Control of the implementation of issued work orders
  • Monitoring and active work on improving the quality of services
  • Reporting to clients on completed work and initiatives
  • Up-to-date management of the history of buildings from the assigned portfolio
  • Financial planning, supervision and cost control
  • Cooperation with the finance sector
  • Monitoring the collection of claims on maintained facilities

Conditions:

  • Higher vocational education
  • Experience in similar positions for at least 2 years (communication with clients)
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office;
  • Knowledge of the English language is desirable;
  • Communicativeness, flexibility, responsibility, conscientiousness in work, team orientation;
  • Category B driver's license
